SOLD DOLLAR VOLUME INCREASED 9.6 PERCENT
Sold dollar volume increased from $10,588,538 in 10/2017 to $11,566,911 in 09/2018

AVERAGE SOLD PRICE DECLINED 2.4 PERCENT
From $252,108 to $246,104

AVERAGE LISTING PRICE DECLINED 2.7 PERCENT
